Terms of Service
These terms describe how visitors may use Hioki website content, product summaries, service descriptions, images, forms, and downloadable guidance. The information is provided to support engineering review, product selection, calibration planning, and service conversations. It does not replace an internal safety procedure, purchase specification, regulated test method, or final calibration certificate. Your organization remains responsible for confirming that any instrument, accessory, range, safety category, environmental condition, software output, and service interval is suitable for the work being performed.
Product descriptions may summarize common instrument families such as multimeters, clamp meters, power quality analyzers, data loggers, LCR meters, insulation testers, oscilloscopes, and environmental monitoring tools. Those summaries are intended to start a technical conversation. Final suitability depends on model-specific documentation, available accessories, calibration status, local regulations, operator training, and the measurement procedure used at your facility. If a quotation or service path is needed, submit the relevant context so support teams can review the request against current records.
When you submit a form, you agree to provide accurate contact and application information. Do not submit confidential defense, export-controlled, patient, employee, or restricted facility information through the general inquiry form. If a sensitive project requires special handling, state that a controlled communication channel is needed without disclosing restricted details. Hioki may use the information you provide to respond, clarify requirements, prepare a product or service discussion, and route the inquiry to appropriate support resources.
You may not misuse the site, interfere with operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful code, scrape content at abusive rates, or represent website summaries as certified documents. Links to third-party services or partner resources may be provided for convenience. Those resources are controlled by their respective operators. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Send the instrument family, documentation requirement, and purchasing context so support can route the request appropriately.
